Planning and Development
The Planning & Development Department provides timely reviews of development proposals for conformance with the Town's regulations and collaborates with the community on long-term initiatives. Planning provides prompt and efficient processing of applications, as well as prompt attention to concerns raised by residents regarding particular developments. At all times, we strive to ensure that the Land Use Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance are administered consistently and fairly.
