Historical Mil Rates

Mil rates fluctuate based on the town's total assessment and the municipal, county and school budgets. This list details the town's mil rates from 1993 to present. 

Typically in a revaluation year the mil rate drops. Other years are dependent on the amount of new construction and renovation and the changes to the three budgets.
