Winter 2026 Update

We have nearly concluded the 2025 revaluation. The first tax payment was due October 15, 2025 and the second payment is due April 15, 2026. The deadline to file for an abatement has passed. We are currently looking to the future and are reviewing sales, permits and data for the 2026 commitment.
