Voter Registration
In order to vote, you must be a United States citizen, live in Maine, be at least 18 years old and be registered to vote in the municipality where you live. You may register at the Rockport Town Office during regular business hours, through any Motor Vehicle branch office and online. You may also register at the polls on Election Day. Proof of residency and proof of identity is required, such as a driver's license or State ID card with your current street address on it (not a post office box). If your driver's license or photo ID does not have your current street address, you should also bring something with your Rockport address on it such as a utility bill or bank statement.
HOW TO REQUEST A VOTING LIST
Maine law governs the use and distribution of information from the Central Voter Registration (CVR) system. The form below must be used for all requests for information containted in the CVR system. CVR material can not be used for soliciations of any kind that are not directly related to the activiites of a political party, so-called "get out the vote" efforts, or activiites directly related to a campaign.
