RFB Indeco Hydraulic Hammer

The Town of Rockport, Maine is requesting bids for a new hydraulic hammer to fit a Takeuchi TB2150 Excavator. This equipment will be used by the town’s Public Works Department.

 

Sealed Bids Required - Bidders must address items listed in this request for bids and be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “BID FOR HYDRAULIC HAMMER” no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2024, at the Town Office, 101 Main Street, Rockport, Maine 04856.

 

Bids received prior to 2:00 p.m. will be opened on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 2:00pm in the Town Office.

 

Bids can be mailed but, must be appropriately marked as stated. The address in which to mail bid is as follows:

Please include one original and two copies of bids submitted.

Harbor Concept Plan

The Town of Rockport (Town) is soliciting proposals for professional services for a Harbor Concept Plan in accordance with the Scope of Work. 

Proposers must provide a technical proposal to meet the requirements outlined in the RFP and be received no later than November 22nd, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.

Any proposal, portion of a proposal, or unrequested proposal revision received at the Municipality after the time and date specified above will not be accepted.

Communications regarding the RFP must be submitted by email to othomas@rockportmaine.gov  Orion Thomas, Planning and Development Director. The subject line must reference the project name and RFP title.

All requests for clarification and additional information must be submitted by email to the RFP Coordinator by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8, 2024.

Late requests will not be accepted. When appropriate, responses will be placed on the Municipality’s website no later than close of business on November 13, 2024.

 

EVALUATIONS - We expect to be completed by Friday, December 6th, 2024. Notifications will be provided early the week of December 9th, 2024.

 

INTERVIEWS - to be held on January 7th & 8th, 2025 beginning at 4:30pm. Presentations will be limited to 45 minutes(max), leaving the remainder of the hour for questions/discussion. Consultants will be expected to bring their proposed project leads (including sub-consultants) for the presentation.
