The Town of Rockport seeks to engage a Construction Manager (CM) for Pre-Construction and Construction services. The candidate firm must be well-versed in working with municipalities and have experience in providing Pre-Construction and Construction Management services for public buildings between $1MM and $5MM in construction cost. The CM will be contracted directly with the Owner during this phase, but will work closely with the Architect and design consultant team in development of a Design Development and Final Estimates for the project.
